You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information provided by users.

Tickets, bookings, registrations, or service confirmations are subject to availability and successful payment where applicable.

A booking or ticket purchase is considered confirmed only after successful payment or written confirmation from us. Confirmation may be sent by email, SMS, website notification, digital ticket, QR code, or another communication method.

You are responsible for checking your booking details before completing payment or confirming registration.

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or modified, tickets may remain valid for the updated event date, time, or venue unless otherwise communicated by the event organizer.

If an event is cancelled completely by the event organiser, eligible ticket holders may receive a refund subject to the applicable event refund policy.

Certain charges may be non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Convenience fees

• Transaction or payment gateway fees
• Administrative charges
• Delivery fees
• Third-party charges

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, or financial institution.

If a discount, coupon, promotion, or special offer was applied during purchase, the refund amount may be calculated based on the actual amount paid after discount, excluding any non-refundable charges.

Returns and exchanges are not applicable to event tickets, registrations, digital confirmations, or event services unless specifically stated.

Entry to an event may require a valid ticket, booking confirmation, QR code, identification, wristband, pass, or other proof of registration.

We reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who:

• Fails to present a valid ticket or confirmation
• Provides false or misleading information
• Violates venue rules or event policies
• Engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior
• Attempts to duplicate, resell, misuse, or alter tickets
• Fails to comply with security, staff, or organizer instructions

No refund will be provided if entry is denied due to violation of these Terms and Conditions, venue rules, or event policies.

All attendees are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly.

Attendees must follow all venue rules, safety instructions, security procedures, event guidelines, and applicable laws.

Prohibited conduct may include:

• Harassment, abuse, threats, or discrimination
• Fighting, disorderly conduct, or unsafe behavior
• Possession of prohibited items
• Unauthorized recording, photography, or commercial activity
• Damage to property
• Interference with performers, speakers, staff, vendors, or other attendees

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event without refund if their conduct is inappropriate, unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.

Events may be hosted at third-party venues or supported by third-party vendors, sponsors, service providers, performers, speakers, or partners.

You agree to comply with all applicable venue rules, vendor policies, security requirements, health and safety guidelines, and event-specific instructions.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, policies, restrictions, or failures of third-party venues, vendors, service providers, performers, speakers, sponsors, or partners.

We may implement health, safety, and security measures based on event requirements, venue policies, government guidance, or organizer decisions.

These measures may include bag checks, ID checks, restricted items, crowd control, emergency procedures, health guidelines, or other safety protocols.

Attendees must comply with all safety and security instructions. Failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal from the event without refund.

By attending an event, you acknowledge that photography, video recording, audio recording, or live streaming may occur.

Unless prohibited by law, you grant Front Row Eventz LLC, event organizers, sponsors, media partners, and authorized representatives the right to capture, use, reproduce, publish, and distribute photographs, videos, recordings, or likenesses taken at the event for promotional, marketing, archival, editorial, or business purposes.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please contact event staff where possible. However, avoidance cannot always be guaranteed in public or large event settings.

Sponsors, vendors, volunteers, performers, speakers, contractors, and participants may be subject to additional agreements, guidelines, deadlines, fees, responsibilities, or event-specific terms.

Participation may be approved, rejected, modified, or cancelled at our discretion based on event requirements, suitability, availability, compliance, or business needs.

All sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and participants are responsible for complying with applicable laws, venue requirements, event rules, and any separate written agreements.

If you submit forms, inquiries, sponsorship requests, volunteer applications, feedback, messages, documents, or other information through our website, you agree that we may use, store, review, and respond to such submissions for business and operational purposes.

You agree not to submit false, unlawful, offensive, harmful, confidential, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our discretion.
